This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the NoxraFlow mobile application and related services (the “App”). If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
1) Scope
This policy covers information collected through the App and our customer support channels. It does not cover third-party services you may access through the App (such as Apple’s services), which have their own privacy policies.
2) Information We Collect
We collect information in three main ways: (a) information you provide, (b) information collected automatically, and (c) information collected with your permission.
- Account & support: name, username, email, and customer support content you choose to provide.
- Content you use to create: photos you import/capture and text you enter (e.g., lyrics, quotes, captions), depending on features and settings.
- Automatically collected: device information, usage analytics, performance metrics, crash logs and diagnostics.
- Location (optional): precise or approximate location only if you grant permission.
3) Cookies and Similar Technologies
If the App includes web-based components, we (or providers acting on our behalf) may use cookies or similar technologies (which may include web beacons) to maintain login sessions, remember preferences, and improve security and performance.
4) How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the App (accounts, sign-in, core features)
- Personalize your experience (preferences)
- Improve the App (analytics, debugging, performance, feature development)
- Ensure safety and security (fraud/abuse prevention, system integrity)
- Provide customer support
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
We do not sell your personal information.
5) Content Processing, Optional Cloud Processing, and AI-Related Features
Most creation features are designed to work locally on your device where possible. Some features may optionally require or offer cloud processing (including any AI-assisted generation features that may be made available in the App).
- User control: you choose whether to upload content and whether to generate content.
- Processing location: uploaded images/text are processed on servers controlled by NoxraFlow Team.
- No third-party sharing for processing: we do not share uploaded images/text with third parties for processing or model training.
- Deletion after processing: uploaded images/text are deleted from our servers immediately after processing is completed, except where temporary retention is necessary to complete the requested operation, handle retries you initiate, or meet legal/security requirements.
- No training: we do not use uploaded images/text to train third-party models and we do not permit third parties to use it for training.
6) How We Share Information
We share information only to the minimum extent necessary, and only in these cases:
- With your consent
- With service providers (processors) who help us operate and improve the App under contractual obligations
- For legal reasons (compliance, protecting rights/safety, fraud and security)
- Business transfers (merger, acquisition, asset sale)
7) International Data Transfers
Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other lawful mechanisms.
8) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit/at rest (where applicable), access controls, regular security reviews/audits, and backups.
9) Data Retention
- Account information: retained for the duration of your account.
- After account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days unless longer retention is required by law or for security/fraud prevention.
- Usage analytics: retained up to 12 months.
- Customer support content: retained up to 6 months.
- Optional cloud/AI processing: uploaded images/text are deleted immediately after processing as described above.
10) Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

11) Children and Age Requirements (17+)
The App is intended for users aged 17+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12) Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post an updated version with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
